Create an authentic community during the loneliness epidemic
According to Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy, we are currently facing a loneliness epidemic. The lack of connection not only affects our happiness but also our health. In this episode, Michelle and I delve into intentional community-building. As newcomers to South Carolina, creating a community is our top priority. We've developed a deliberate strategy to shape our dream community, one filled with like-minded individuals who inspire personal growth.

Love the friend database! I did something similar during Cohort 10 of WoP that was a "Connect" tab in google sheets to help me break out of the ol' "shyness shell".
I had two other columns of "Intent" and "Action Item" that helped me be pretty intentional on what I was reaching out about so that I could go back and re-read them all. Day 2 of the sheet has Michelle Vargoose listed as the contact to reach out to, with the simple intent of saying thank you for writing something that inspired me to take action.
Hope you're both enjoying the new home town!
